Richard
Case has been a published illustrator since 1987.
A graduate from the Rhode Island School of Design, he has gone
on to work primarily in the field of comic books and graphic novels,
working with most major publishers of the medium.
Some of the series he has illustrated include: The award-winning Sandman series written by Neil Gaiman and
published by DC Comics, Doom Patrol, written by Grant Morrison, also
from DC, and Spider-Man for Marvel Comics.
Most recently he penciled Hunter: The Age of Magic for DC’s
Vertigo imprint. Other
clients he has worked with include the Disney Design Group, Red Storm
Entertainment, the Classics Illustrated line for Acclaim books and
White Wolf Games.
He
continues to work as an illustrator and as a concept
designer/storyboard artist for Red Storm Entertainment, including work
on Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Lockdown, Ghost Recon: Summit Strike,
and Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter.
He resides in North Carolina with his wife Colleen, and their 3
children Kaitlin, Brendan and Phillip.
