Mirko Colak was born one cold December night in the city of Zrenjanin,
Yugoslavia (known today as Serbia ) in 1975.
His own country publishes nothing, but he won a large competition and
was declared "The Best Young Author in the Balcan Nations."
In the past he works with French publishers and drinks as many beers
as possible.
