Dalibor
Talajic lives across the globe, in Croatia. It's a small country in middle
Europe. He studied fine music arts at The Music Academy in Zagreb, and
is a clarinette teacher. Still he always strived to be a comic book
artist, for illustration and comics are his first professional love.
He
published in numerous magazines in Croatia; such as BLUE BIRD, FIRST
CHOICE, LOADED, MORNING PAPER, MY BEER, ENDEM, FLIT, and many others.
In US
he was noticed by JOE PRUETT, who gave him the opportunity to expose
himself to the American audience.THE DROP was his first comic done
with FABIAN NICIEZA for NEGATIVE BURN, winter 2005. Then came INN
BETWEEN with MIKE RAICH, a
backup story for THE ATHEIST series.
Finally,
there was A MONSTERS TALE with
GARY REED; again for NEGATIVE BURN, this time for the Summer Special.
Starting
with issue three of DEADWORLD, Dalibor has become the regular artist
of the popular zombie series.
He
just became a dad, and is --self proclaimed--- the
happiest man alive.
